WHAT WE DO/ SERVICES PROVIDED
We deal in buying and selling of large pieces of land for all use cases like- Farm Lands, Resort Lands, Institutional Lands, Commercial Lands, Residential Lands, Industrial Lands etc. Starting from 1 acre ( 4,840 sq. Yards ) upto 100 acres ( 4,84,000 sq. Yards) and more.
We work in two simple ways:
1) FARMHOUSE PLOT DEVELOPMENT:
We take big land parcels and divide them into farmhouse- sized plots – like 1 bigha, 2 bigha, 3 bigha, 5 bigha or 7 bigha sizes or more – and offer them to individual buyers. Construction services are provided on demand according to the buyer’s individual needs. Basic land development and infrastructure is provided.
2) BULK LAND / BIG FARMS SALES:
We sell entire land pieces , starting from 5 bighas upto 100 bighas, for buyers who want to use them for farming , resorts, investments , or large private spaces.

Previously, he served as Vice President at Indiabulls Real Estate & Retail, leveraging his vast experience in Rajasthan's Real Estate sector. Anurag Arya is also the founder of a group of Educational and Sports Institutes in Rajasthan, dedicated to providing quality Education and promoting sports development. His commitment to empowering young individuals and fostering growth in his community is evident through his work. Through his multifaceted career, Anurag Arya continues to inspire and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
MR. SHARAD MEENA
Mr.Meena is one of the founding directors of Mahabhoot Builders PVT LTD. He brings with him a unique blend of sharp communication skills, strategic insight and commitment to responsible land development. Having appeared for the UPSC civil services interview twice, he carries with him a strong foundation in planning , governance and public oriented thinking. He plays a key role in ensuring that every project is executed in a transparent manner and creates long term value for the buyers.
